[ale] How to get Unix to KickOff an NT Process

	there is a more elegant solution built into samba, but it requiers a
recompile and some playing around. Windows has a Remote shutdown and
reboot capability built into in and samba source has this capability
commented out.

here is a link to the information reguarding this proccess. but i have
yet to try it myself.
