I'm casting my vote for public burnings. Since that will likely upset
most civilized people I would opt for a second method of public abuse.
Tie them naked to a pole, make them watch the worst porn on the planet
(just the same 15 second scene, no "good" stuff) while they get fed a
steady diet of herbal viagra and breast enhancers.  I figure one pill
per email they send ought to do it.
