[ale] Kylix 3

I've abandoned it. It is not guaranteed to work under RH 9 and I've read posts
that require me to install glibc packages to get it to work. Then I guess
my programs will be linked to those packages causing more issues for my users.

I want to write graphical programs under Linux but do not want to waste
time with QT or GTK+ if one will be deprecated over the other. I have a
50% chance of winning that war. Maybe that is why I keep choosing SWING.

Since <flamebait>RedHat</flamebait> has the most market share it may be
increase my odds if I say screw QT and go with GTK+. Argh!!!. MAybe this
is what keeps applications from coming to the desktop.
