[ale] Comcast not in the real world!

I do much the same thing with Bellsouth. I figured out during some
severe outages what error messages I would see under XP and what the
equivalent error was from Roaring Penguin. So now when I call, I just
"fake" having XP, and go thorough the motions. Also, I did a little
tweaking to RP so that it would generate logs. 

 It's definitely saved time, although I have to admit, after some
significant multi week problems a few months back, I have had a trouble
free stint with BLS that I've rather enjoyed.
