I use a similar app called Advanced PHP Bookmarks, which requires 
Apache, PHP & MySQL. New bookmarks are easily saved by using a 
Javascript link you can drag to your toolbar. The main page has a 
differnt box for each category and your most used bookmarks are at the 
top of the list. It's very polished.
