You can give it to me.  I'm going to Las Vegas next week.  I'll gamble
it away and if I come out ahead, I'll give you back your $150 + 10% of
the money above $150.

The way I see it, is that your money is safer with me than a startup. 
Plus, you'll get a higher return if we win :)
