[ale] Graphics card w/TV out

The Twinview driver for Linux has more functionality than the Windows 
version.  TwinView is what you want to delve into the config of.  There 
is a PDF with the info you need at the Nvidia website.  You can push 
your desktop out any output on the card or combine your outputs into one 
multi monitor/TV desktop.  Forget Xinerama and don't use it.  Keep you 
acceleration for OpenGL by using TwinView instead.
