My bad.  As moderator, I was out of town most of the week and was 
scanning through just the subjects of the messages, trying to get caught 
up on them.  Noting that this was a response to a previously posted 
email, I approved it.  Generally I do take a glance at the content, but 
when you've got 60 of those backed up, I took the short route...
