James,

I would like to help with this. It's not a great week for work, as my
father is visiting me, so I'm spending a lot of time out of the office,
but I will do what I can.

I know Brad Bryant, the school board member who represents the Northlake
area. He may have a copy of the budge, and if not would know who to
contact. Today is a a bad day to reach him, as he is resigning from the
board and accepting a position on the state school board, but I'm sure
he would return my call when he can.

Let me know what I can do to help. Give me a call if you want to
discuss.
