I must 
warn you of one major "flaw" with this motherboard's bios.... it cannot 
default to a 'power on' state.  That is, if the power goes off (via USP 
shutdown or otherwise) this motherboard needs a button pushed to restart.  
It is still a rock solid and linux friendly board.

    good motherboard.  I still have one up and 
    running.  I have the Celeron 300A running at 450 on it.  Has been 
    going like that since 99 with no problems =).
