[ale] contest

This is excellent, question is, how should it be approached?  We don't 
need 35 folks from the ALE sending requests, or do we??

What do folks think?  Or, are have you already sent in your request??

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
