[ale] [OT] Odd XP Behavior

Tried that, but it still didn't work.  I'm not terribly concerned about fixing
it, but do appreciate the suggestions. 

I also didn't realize that both user accounts could be/maybe are admin accounts.
 I didn't even think to check that.  Sheesh!
