[ale] df -h

GNU df with the -h switch reports the following on Linux 2.4.19 using
the ext3 fs:

Filesystem            Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda3             9.1G  2.6G  6.0G  30% /

I know this must be very simple. I just don't know what it is. 6 + 2.6
== 8.6. Is 0.5G being used for the journal?

Or I have a ton of small files (I don't know how could that be) taking
up my inodes?
