Yeah, but that was a unique case.  Interesting enough, I was able to 
open the doc in gimp and print it. ;)

The doc should not have been encrypted anyway, it's a doc for my 
mother-in-law to request a 401k distribution.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
