I'm pretty sure that's an output port not an input.  But there a few
programs that can do what you want.  FFMPEG comes to mind.  Do a search
on freshmeat.  You will need a real video capture card with video4linux
support to capture video.  Hauppauge wintv cards (pci, non pvr) are
fairly well supported.
