  In regards to recording telephone conversations, be aware of 
  federal and state wiretap statutes.  There are _very_ specific rules you 
  must follow when recording telephone conversations.  Failure to follow 
  those rules, and you could have a lot more trouble than He-said, She-said 
  arguments with the IRS.
