[ale] how to run a web server on a dynamic ip?

I personally have a friend on a dhcp cablemodem like myself.  I run my
primary dns, his secondary.  He does the oposite.  If my IP changes I
SSH to his box, update my dns records and then call my registar to
change the IP of ns1.rdlg.net.   My IP changes about once a year when I
change NIC's or move, etc.

Don't have to pay dyndns and very little outage.  All I have left is to
figure out how to make his box a secondary mail queue for my server
until dns changes update.  Just haven't had the time to research that
yet though.


(If anyone wants in on my dns ring we're looking for a few more backups)
