If I were designing a web form, I think I would use radio buttons with a
"None of the above" option and make "None of the above" the default
selection.

I doubt it, it's certainly not intuitive, at least thus far.  You have
the option to review your ballot before you cast it anyway.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
