[ale] Interesting article on cybercrime and the FBI

Another twist on this one, how many companies might be holding back because:

1. They can't locate their licensing documentation for their Microsoft 
software.

2. Are using non-licensed versions of software (multiple installs of one 
version of win95).

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
