[ale] Application Defaults question

I would like to put a '-geometry' arg in the startup line for an app on
the RH-6.2/enlightenment 'start' menu, specifically Internet->Pine

Where do I go to set Pine defaults for all users? I only 'find' a couple
of *.ad files at all - 'Netscape' and 'gv'. I don't know where the
invocation lines for the 'start' menus are defined. RTFM pointers also
welcome on this - more or less out-of-the-box 6.2, about to become 7.3 as
soon as I can face the upgrade trauma.
