Jon,

I use Psionic's log check to keep tabs on my ftp users, it's a pretty simple
but incredibly effective script that checks specified logs and emails you any
activity that isn't within the specified things to ignore.  Not exactly what
you're looking for but it's easy to modify to do your bidding.  As to
real-timecheckers, I don' t run wu so couldn't help you there. Sorry.
