[ale] Mozilla "multi-user' instal??

How did you install? And what happens when a regular user tries to start it?

I installed rpm's on my RedHat system and any user can start it up with no 
problem. The permissions on the executable are as follows:

-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root         5109 May 23 17:50 /usr/bin/mozilla
