[ale] sharing /tmp with NFS

I've been trying to think of why you wouldn't want to do this, but don't
have any real examples. But, /tmp is used by various processes for
various things. Understand that if a process writes to /tmp as a NFS,
then the share goes away for what ever reason, the file is not
accessible. Also if a process writes to /tmp when the NFS is not
present, the file will be written to /tmp under root on the current
machine. When the NFS is mounted, that file will disappear. I don't
know, I just don't have a good feeling about that...

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
