[ale] Printer margin offsets?

Just from the numbers I'd say that the numbers are points and that it expects 72 points per inch (8.5 X 72 = 612, 11 X 72 = 792). That gives an 8.5 X 11 inch page with 1 inch margins.
Just so you know, I don't know much about printing, I'm just good with math:-)
