[ale] Printer margin offsets?

/etc/paper.config lists paper sizes. I thought there was a default paper
size spec somewhere but I can't find it. Hmm. Are the sizes listed in
/etc/paper.config good? It does sound more like a ghostscript problem.
What does the A4 test do?
