You know, the really sad thing is that I couldn't figure
out how to do it in Emacs... "ESC-x replace-string ^Q^M Return Return"
wouldn't do it ("Replaced 0 occurrences", even though I
could look at the file in hexl-mode and see the 0x0D
characters).
