How about foreign restaurants using American cheese? That cheese dip at
the Mexican places is actually a white American!

Publix caries a smoked Gruyere that awesome!  Makes a great reuben. Or
really good scalloped potatoes.

Mmmm. Fresh grated parmesian and romano over a bed of hot pasta with a
splash of olive oil and fresh oregano and black pepper.
