[ale] Internet Keyboards

Here is what I did


#1) use xev to get the button's scancode
#2) Assign a F key to the button using ~/.Xmodmap and xmodmap
#3) Ran xmodmap ~/.Xmodmap 
#4) Run control center in KDE nad mapped the F<n> to a certain 
    function
#5) Hit key and it worked

However I'm still unable how to map the volumn keys.  Maybe someone here
has some ideas.
