I just spent a few minute looking at the javascript.  It does a lot of
specific checking for Netscape, IE and and Opera with code that runs
conditionally.  I saw no evidence of locking out anything but IE, but I
didn't get the code till over 24 hours later.

It seems to work well in Konqueror, too.
