I agree 1000% with this...

I also like the idea of anyone who wants to contract with the main company having to join a non-profit group that then elects a board that sets the standards for the main company (independant contractor contracts, skillsets and levels, basic jobs (server installs, etc) and services (install BIND on an existing server, etc) and pricing schedules (both customer and contractor).
