[ale] Set MAC address on bootup

Try adding a line:
MACADDR=xx.xx.xx.xx.xx
to /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ethx.

This is a variable list called by /sbin/ifup during network startup.
/sbin/ifup has a variable "MACADDR" that will be run.
