What do your /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny files look like?

Subject: [ale] rcp problem Redhat 7.2

I am having a problem rcp files to my Redhat 7.2 machine. I have my .rhosts
file /etc/hosts setup
and /etc/hosts.equiv. Of course I am doing rcp as root. rcp as users work
fine. I am also having
problems with sendmail connecting to this machine. I get the message
Connection timed out while to
connecting to $HOST. Any suggestions.
