[ale] Mirror sites for GnoRPM's webfind

Does any know of any good mirror sites for GnoRPM's Webfind feature?
I can never get into sourceforge.net. Also, the ftp server at Ga. Tech
used to have updates for PowerTools. I can't seem to find a directory
by that name any longer. Do you know where I can find updates?
