   Not with a shuttle, because there is about a $100 premium on them here.  I did a Book PC-II, which uses a Sis based Mobo.  That worked ok (minus the winmodem).  I've been looking seriously at replacing a couple of my old K6 servers with a similar box using a Gigabyte motherboard.  I didn't like the shuttle design, because that setup only gives you one PCI slot.  I still need two in most cases.

   From MWave, those shuttle based ones are real cheap!
