[ale] Way OT:How to tell CPU speed in Windows

What flavor win?  Different between the beasties..
NT/2000 one way is Start --> Programs --> Administrator tools--> System
Information
Quick way in XP is rightclick on My Computer, under the General Tab - it
tells it under computer heading.
