[ale] need some input on tv capture cards

I got the card from compusa about a year back, they still stock them
though.

I'm using the SVideo output on my geforce 2 MX.  Using nvtv (search
sourceforge) I was able to get quite a good picture out of it with
overscan even (no black border around the edges).
