You can do C++ with Kylix 3 that corresponds to CBuilder.  another thing I
forgot to mention wa that if you buy the professional or enterprise version
of Delphi and receive for free the Delphi version of Kylix.

The C++ version of Kylix is a bit buggy since Kylix 3 is the first version
that has the C++ side.
