[ale] /var/spool/postfix ls: 0: Input/output error

Prompted by logs I started to investigate problems with this and other 
directories in /var/spool/postfix.
I can't seem to do anything with these (rm, cp or ls). Is this a postfix 
thing (I found very little on this) or maybe a filesystem problem?
