[ale] rlzdbase ???

I guess it's dependent on your dist.  I did not added it, although rpm 
could have.  A quick check of various machines around me show:

Mandrake 8.0 - yes
Mandrake 7.1 - no
SuSE 6.4 - yes
RH 7.2 - no
Slack 8.0 - no

Which begs the question, how many other folks have that many different 
distributions running within reach? :)

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
