[ale] (FA)Q: installed kernel SRPM - now what?

Like James said you need to make sure that you have the rpm-build rpm
installed as well.  It installs several files in /usr/lib/rpm that are
required for build, in addition to the dirs in /usr/src/redhat.  I did
not think of this because I was so used to building the directories by
hand because I have built alot of RPM's outside /usr/src dir in the past
(custom build scripts and whatnot).
