[ale] Redhat security updates available on RHN only ?

I typically use debian but I have one redhat machine. It is particularly
frustrating to apt-get updates without a hitch on the debian machines
but the redhat machine errors with something to the effect -

Redhat's servers are too busy now to allow you as a non-paying redhat user
to access. Try back later or send us some cash.

up2date is tolerable when the servers actually choose to send the files.
