[ale] Setting up DHCPD under RH 7.3

Hmmm....I don't know about the /etc/sysconfig/dhcpd file, but you can 
define the INTERFACES variable in /etc/init.d/dhcpd to limit the 
interfaces you want it to listen on.  There are comments that explain 
this...just look for INTERFACES in the file.
