Oh, I'm not in a hurry, since it really doesn't get unbearable.  I've
got concrete walls on two sides.  The estimate for installation was
~$3000.  There's probably a couple weeks in the summer peak season where
I run the fan and work naked...

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
