That's the bottom line.  Like a builder once told me, if it's on the 
contract, you get it  (regarding a covered porch that was supposed to be 
on my 1st home).  READ the contract.  Check the rate, check the contract 
length.

Don't get me wrong, contracting's a good way to earn a living, you just 
have to watch out for yourself.   Don't believe what they say until you 
see it in writing and it's a signed part of the agreement.

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
