[ale] Archive searching broken?

Hey,
	On the ALE archive page (http://www.ale.org/archive/ale/index.html),
the search part seems to be broken. Clicking on the button to search
yields this:

Not Found

The requested URL /cgi-bin/htsearch was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use
an ErrorDocument to handle the request. 

Any chance whoever is in charge of the site could fix it?
