[ale] Motif

My intention is to use Motif on Win32 not on Linux (yet).  I guess I can pay
licensing fees?

lesstif is a very good Motif 1.2, and a less-good Motif 2 / 2.1

OpenGroup makes OpenMotif 2.2 available
<http://www.opengroup.org/openmotif/>.  If you use it, check the license
very carefully.  It's only free for use on completely open-source systems.
If you have any binary kernel mods loaded, for example, you're not licensed
to use it.
