[ale] secure/non-secure connections to Apache

Hi Jim!

I just did the same set of experiments this past weekend, and discovered
that I *HAD* to set up Virtual Domains to get it to work correctly. (The
instructions are fairly obtuse in the Apache-SSL Documentation, but I
finally puzzled through them.)

The section about setting up "localhost.localdomain:80"
and "localhost.localdomain:443" are the sections to read over and use. (If
this message is confusing, I can rip out a quick primer with data for use
with the latest version of Apache-SSL ...)

Hope this helps!
Jay
