[ale] OT: Has your spam increased?

An easy test would be to get a webmail address and never use it.  Just 
read the email.  If you begin to receive spam, you have your answer...

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
