[ale] (OT) Samba support on Solaris?

You are speaking to the choir. However, this monkey has
decided that he wants someone to blame rather than figure
out the problem and fix it (he doesn't like to actually work :)  ).

Myself and my predecessor installed Samba on our HP
servers over one year ago. We are serving out about 200
Gigs to about 100 users and have had ZERO problems.
I'm also serving out 3 Terabytes from Linux boxes via Samba
to about 40 users for about 5 months with ZERO problems.
The underlying issue is that we've had ZERO problems.

However, this monkey is in charge (or at least management
listens to him over anyone else). So, we're stuck looking for
support and someone who can help fix the problem (if there
ever is one :)   ).
