[ale] New Sendmail feature

This was the case with my set up as well which suited me just fine. Also note
that on some systems the telnet daemon conflicts as well and will not start. I
read something about this yesterday but for the life of me cannot remember
where.

In RH7.1 sendmail does not accept connections on port 25.  Is this a new
feature?  During installation I told RH that I wanted no firewall.
